Holy Mother of Czestochowa,
Thou art full of grace, goodness and mercy.
I consecrate to Thee all my thoughts,
words and actions – my soul and body.

Today I consecrate myself to Thee Good
Mother, totally – with body and soul
amid joy and sufferings to obtain for
myself and others Thy blessings on this

Let us Pray Almighty and merciful God,
you established miraculously for our protection,
a perpetual help in the most Blessed Virgin
Mary, and gave us her holy image of Czestochowa
which is held in veneration by the faithful,
and renowned through miracles. We ask you
that strengthened by such a protection in our
battles of this life, we may attain complete
victory over our evil enemy at the hour
of our death. We ask this through our
Lord Jesus Christ your son, who lives and
reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
one God, forever and ever.
